Bario Bashup
Bario Bashup is a project I am current working on as part of a group based Final Major Project (FMP) at University. Bario Bashup is a family/friends party game where up to four players compete against each other to earn tickets. All the players have to get around a game board and the first to get to the rocket with enough tickets wins.
Not only is there a game board for the players to play on, there are 10 mini games. From competing in these mini games the players will earn tickets. One of the mini games being a racing game that consists of 3 laps to complete and numerous collectables that the player can pick up to obstruct their opponents.
My task throughout this project, is that of lead programmer. I am to create at least 3 mini games fully coded, animated and polished. Whilst getting the mini games done, I am also working on getting the board game coded with mechanics for general gameplay. I will be making it so that the players are able to role the dice, and setting what happens when you land on certain places will be my task for the game board.
